The creative Fee covers the time and talent of the photographer, both in taking the pictures and in editing the pictures. The creative fee does not include the price of prints or CD.
The Creative Fee is to be paid at the time of booking to hold your appointment and is not refundable.
I ask that all of my customers are prepared to invest a minimum of $100 in prints from their session.
a CD of your high-resolution, edited proofs, plus rights to print up to 8 x 10 can be purchased for an additional $200 after this minimum print order.
{Family Photo Session:}
Normally $150, now $85! for a 1 to 2 hour session for 2 to 5 people. An additional fee of $20 per person will be added for each person over that. For this session I will do group shots as well as portraits of each person.

{Single person portrait Session:}
Normally $100, now $50! for a 1 to 2 hour session for one person from the age of 1 month and up. Outfit changes are allowed and encouraged.

{Newborn Session:}
Normally $150 Now $75! for a 1 to 4 hour session with your newborn baby (0 to 4 weeks old) Newborn sessions are most successful when the baby is 10 days old or younger. The sooner we can schedule your session after the baby is born the better.

Babies change so much in their first year of life, it's so important to capture them at their different stages.
Creative Fee: $200
What you get: 4 Sessions with Sarah Hawkins Photography. One at 3 months, 6 months, 9 months and 12 months. After the fourth session, you will also receive your choice of either a 4 panel storyboard with your favorite picture from each session or an 8 x 10 of your favorite picture from each session. You can also order additional prints through my a la carte pricing.
The creative fee can be paid in 4 installments of $50, payable before each session, None of the included prints (storyboard or 8 x10) will be received until the $200 has been paid in full.

Many people in this digital age want the digital negatives. I do offer these to my clients for an additional fee. Since I make money off of selling prints I require a minimum print purchase of $100 before I will sell you a CD of your images. You can purchase one (1) ready to print digital file with printing rights up to 8x10 for $50 or you can purchase all the edited digital proofs from your session (usually 30 or more) for $200
